Combate on Friday

FW - Angel Alvarez (27/USA/5-0) takes on a tough test in 12-4 Enrique Baby Bull Gonzalez
Gonzalez looked very good in there, he has been brought as an underdog twice, and twice has looked good and come up on top.

If CD cant be a cage fighter what can he be?

None of us know what happened and should reserve judgement.

I do not understand why you are posting that on here, other than to make CD unemployable based on an uncorroborated twitter post, and would delete it as you are perhaps unknowingly encouraging vigilante justice.

Let's be honest, posting on the sherdog forums isn't some huge thing. Plus I am not the person who originally posted it nor did I like or retweet it, just showing potential news about a fighter on contender series.

In the United States in 2022 being associated with punching a woman in the face, regardless of context, will make an individual unemployable.

Its important to remember when discussing potential prospects like CD, many of them will make it to DWCS and retire after losing, rather than go back to the regional scene. Once a fighter is in a major promotion discussing these types of allegations on here is fair game, but as of now CD is a regional fighter with a nice record; not quite a public figure.

All I am saying is lets not associate this young mans name, who may never fight in the UFC, with those types of allegations because of an uncorroborated twitter post. If CD did commit a crime, and is guilty, then he will have serious legal repercussions to deal with; no need for vigilante justice or to make this kid unemployable if he goes into a different career path.

Shara vs. Sergey Martynov at RCC 12, August 26. But I think you watched so much Russian mma that probably more or less can understand Russian yourself.

I mean, if he did beat the girl up for anything short of having his life threatened, why should he not be punished by being blacklisted from the UFC? This isn't a prior offense that they were aware about or that he's atoned for, furthermore there's already precedent for them sacking guys who've acted erratically both prior to and after having fought for the UFC.

Will Chope lost his contract for DA, Maiquel Falcao got blacklisted and released for groping a girl at a gas station in an incident which completely ruined the life of the friend he was with at the time, Michael Graves also got blacklisted for beating a girl and Tyler Manawaroa lost his contract for the mildest offense there is, a dumb, edgy joke.

If it's untrue, then sure, he shouldn't be unjustly punished, but if it is, then he can be a cage fighter in ACA or some shit.

Oh @CorninginChristianburg it seems this dude Ismail Musukaev - Wikipedia is making his debut at FNG today.

Freestyle Euro Gold medallist, world cup silver and world championship bronze.
Yeah, I heard he was moving to MMA, dont know what to think.

He is maybe one of the most entertaining wrestlers you will ever see. But he has a long history of gassing very quickly. He's also not young so if he is serious, he needs to get a move on his career.

My same thoughts -- I feel that his bottleneck will be his gas tank. He is a super talented wrestler with stupid good hips.

AMC Fight Nights boss said that at event in Sochi in October they are planning 4 title fights
Yusup Shuaev vs. Grigoriy Ponomarev 2
Vartan Asatryan vs. Anatoly Kondratiev (I think Asatryan defending interim belt)
Gleb Khabibulin vs. Anzor Chakaev
Vladimir Egoyan vs. TBD

Regarding Bikrev said that Tahir Abdullaev doesn't want to fight him because they are friends and train together and seems like a lot of guys at that weight are friends with Bikrev and doesn't want to fight so probably next title shot will receive Maxim Butorin if he wins his next fight.

Kaleb Rideout

Country - Australia
Weight Class - Welterweight
Age : 25
Promotion - Eternal MMA
Record : 7-2

This dude is a lanky offensive machine. Just constantly throwing all sorts of different stuff out there. Accurate jabs, big crosses, spinning backfists and elbows, step in elbows, head kicks. All in combos too and at a consistently high output. Did get taken down a couple of times by a good judoka so there's a question mark there, but looks like the business on the feet to me.

Wellington Prado

Country - Brazil
Weight Class - Featherweight
Age : 22
Promotion - LFA
Record : 13-2

Yet another Brazilian prospect with a shitload of experience at a very young age who looks amazingly calm in there for his age. Main eventing an LFA card against the much older Italo Gomes and dominating a good fighter aside from getting himself a silly points deduction. Good striking but it's probably the grappling that stands out the most with this kid as he floats well from position to position, able to dominate a fellow black belt.
