I used to be a Gradius machine. Never beat it, but i think i was 1 or 2 levels away

Havent tried emulators cuz itd be impossible without a controller

You know they have $10 USB SNES style PC controllers at every game store and you can switch the emulator from keyboard to controller right?

I went next step and hacked my NES and SNES mini's.

They came with 30 games each, but I have closer to 300 programmed on them lol. I was bored as shit during covid and looked up how to add roms to them it was actually simple, like 10 minutes. It took longer to download and sort the box art for each game so it came up on the system

I knew about the controllers, but never really looked into it. Might have to get one

I just googled the minis... thats awesome lol. Didnt know those existed

I currently have my games on this little cheap amazon tablet thats just the right size for onscreen controls. I mostly just play when the powers out, or lately, ive been grinding levels on RPGs as a sleep aid. Its effective
