Catchiest video game music

Another great MIDI soundtrack from the age of NES, which was easily the GOAT console for VG soundtracks, often goes unmentioned:
 
I always get Flying Battery Zone music in my head for a few weeks whenever I play Sonic 3 or Mania. Probably my favorite track in the game.

 
This tune was in a violent motorcycle racing game called Road Rash.


One of the greatest rock songs of the 90's, and that's cool, but that song was released on their album Badmotorfinger, it's not like it was an original for the game. "The Ace of Spades" by Motorhead was on Tony Hawk III:

Choosing the game with the best compilation soundtrack occupies a different space in my head.
 
This guy had a bunch of acapella videos on various NES games. Went with this one because after I moved past Super Mario Bros (everyone’s first favorite game), Mike Tyson’s Punchout became my favorite game.

 
The NES music is real special, masterfully programmed with such restrictions...

All the different Final Fantasy 1 tunes are so nostalgic, from the opening credits to the battles and towns... Epic stuff.
