training around a pinched sciatic nerve. This sucks every bit of explosive power out of your body. I guess that goes to show the importance of strong core muscles.

Okay almost feeling human again.

1.5 hours bouldering. climbing V4's not big dynos just yet.
20 high chair leg lifts
20 pull ups
20 push ups
