Wednesday 3/23
1.5 hours bouldering. Knocked off that black V5 again. Smooth like butter. I reviewed my climbing from around a year ago and I would think I've probably moved up a grade.

I revisited this WOD again (just got my own 2 pood)
Thursday 8/26- Colossus
2 pood kettle bell
10 (5L/ 5R) Turkish get ups
20 (10 L/ 10R) clean and push press
30 sumo deadlift high pulls
40 KB swings

that was the full workout 8/26. this time it was tacked on to a climbing session.

1.5 hours top rope with 20 lb weight vest

20 handstand push ups off perfect push up handles
100 squats w/ 20 lb weight vest.



It's not as heavy as it looks.....

50 (25 each) 2 pood 1 hand KB swings

60 knees to elbows
50 2 pood front squat
50 2 pood SDHP

30 2 pood KB swing 1 hand (15 each)

1.5 hours of getting absolutely crushed on the newly set 45 wall

10 dips
20 burpees
10 chin ups
20 burpees
20 squats
20 burpees

2 hours bouldering on the 45 wall.. hit the Lime green V5-
 
Friday 4/17/11

hit the rock climbing gym at 7:30... This is way to late for me.
climbed poorly for 2 hours then proceeded to do even worse with the kettle bell

8 each alternating hand TGU (2 pood)
a couple Thrusters and I quit. It was after 9:30... I have nothing to give this time of day

Monday 4/18/11

Another poor night of climbing.... okay the body is telling me I need some rest.

Must be the extra weekend gardening that is wearing me down.... when did I get so old that I'm tired form weekend labor?

10 left 2 pood thrusters
1/4 mile run

quite challenging. I feel it in my traps today

1.5 hours routes with Sarah
