1.5 hours bouldering. Knocked off that black V5 again. Smooth like butter. I reviewed my climbing from around a year ago and I would think I've probably moved up a grade.
I revisited this WOD again (just got my own 2 pood)
that was the full workout 8/26. this time it was tacked on to a climbing session.

Thursday 8/26- Colossus
2 pood kettle bell
10 (5L/ 5R) Turkish get ups
20 (10 L/ 10R) clean and push press
30 sumo deadlift high pulls
40 KB swings
