No snatches I did something to my wrist at work.

Squats were hard. I started to back my max down, then decided to try and move north of vag.

Will miss tomorrow since I will be busy all day with my sons birthday party and grilling etc.

Will do Saturdays lifts on Sunday and do Sunday Monday back to back.

Press feels easy other than on 9s day.

All done beltless. I think my beltless PR with hands and no pause is 330 or so. Was pretty pleased. Fast lifts were not daily maxes, I merely wanted to do a few lifts since I hadn't done any in a while.

Snatch misses were both a miss in the catch. One I caught and due to being weak I lost it behind. The other the bar was not kept close and I was not strong enough to pull it back in when I caught it forward.

Squats felt sloooow.

Hang snatches done for the first time in over 2 years. I also did 3-4 hang power cleans to just messing around. Went light on both just to relearn movement.

Work completed in 75 minutes including warm up.
 
No. He coaches at a cross fit gym where the rest of Columbus weightlifting lifts. I stayed at the gym 5 minutes away. After a little while I will likely make a trip there at least once a week for coaching. I do have the option of sending him videos though and have done so here and there.
