I am slowly returning to training.

Competition:
66/85 @ 104.9

I took a year off due to hectic life stuff. Got married had a son etc etc. In that year off I gained some daddy weight. I'm getting rid of it and slowly working back to competing again. My current goal is to compete at Ohio's Strongest Unicorn in October.

Notes

Played around. During snatch warm ups I powered 125 easy so I decided to go to max instead of deload. Been sick so took it easier earlier in the week. Will start smolov on next Monday.
