Guru is correct, since Leon was calling to fight him instead of Colby. Then again do we really wanna see more eye pokes stop the fight again?

Leon and belal both have boring fights with belal taking the cake for that. Do we really need to see this especially since belal was fighting for his life before the eye poke.

Belal has earned it but it's kinda just the fact he is the guy still there. He has the most underwhelming win streak with his best performance being a standing TKO vs Brady. He went to a decision with Wonderboy and had nothing for him damage wise. SHavkat made Wonderboy look like he didn;t belong on the ground whilst injured.
 
Leon said he wants 4 fights next year because he wants to break GSPs record, and said "whoever's next doesn't matter" multiple times here.

Leon seemed a bit more interested in Shavkat than Belal which is surprising
 
I hardly ever watch these podcasts, or interviews, etc. I get the gist of the thing in here. If it’s an important enough topic. I’ll watch for myself, though.

Mostly it’s just my hearing disability, and my allergy to lame bullshit that I don’t watch these things.

But I find it hilarious that I did watch a reaction video to Edwards punting Usman’s head into outer space. And this Guru guy had the funniest reaction. I was busting a gut about it.
 
The mma guru has to be the sweatiest loser in all of mma fandom and media. Probably your average sherdogger tho
 
Leon needs to face Belal, Shavkat, and Burns.

A champ is supposed to defend his belt against the number one contender.
Belal did more than enough to deserve a shot at the title.
Denying him his shot is unfair and shows that it's entertainment first sport second.

And how is Belal the number one contender? Looking at the official rankings, Usman is ranked #1. So you just make the rules by yourself? Or what are we going on here?

I agree Belal should be next, but calling Leon a coward, and blaming shit only on him is some casual dumb shit. Maybe he fights Rakhmonov instead, who's a tougher fight than Belal anyways. Who Leon already whopped.

I would normally agree, except they have fought before, and Belal was like a deer in the headlights. (the fight didn't last long, I know, but if Belal can't put the pressure on fast, he is 100% getting Leoned)

People need to search their feelings regarding this matchup. Ask yourselves:

- does this fight excite me?
- do I really believe that Belal will fight differently this time? ..why?
- is this the best WW title fight that can be made right now?
