I suggested that people without higher education would be more likely to share outright false and misleading news articles, given that one of the things that you are taught in university/college is critically examining sources for veracity, how to cross reference them etc. If you can't do this you'll fail classes. I pointed out that the inverse correlation between education level and mindlessly posting bullshit was something that I read about during the Brexit referendum. I suspect if I did even the most basic search on Google I'd find more of the same, but my experience with this poster is that he wouldn't believe the sky is blue unless Donald Trump told him Hillary Clinton made the sky blue.
True to form, he posts snippets of an article that don't refute my suggestion, nor support what he suggests - namely that higher education makes people more prone to believing bullshit. Of course he didn't actually understand that the information he posted didn't say what he thought it did. Which might prove my point further.
