Anyone use the As Seen on TV 12" convex Angel View rear view mirror?

Turns out Amazon has other convex mirrors, but the one I saw was slightly shorter. I want to try this and see if I get a better rear view.
 
Anyone got any good new year’s eve stories?

A while back I went bar hopping with some friends in NYC. Guy that was with us named Ethan kept turning around to another booth claiming some dude was giving him dirty looks. A few minutes go by. All of a sudden Ethan jumps across the table & starts pounding on the dude. Everyone gets in on it. A big fight erupts. We got kicked outta the bar. Wound up at an apartment party. Someone was in from Delaware and we got along great. Shared a bottle of vodka. She wanted to stay in the city so we took a cab to my place. Soon as we get inside I threw up and passed out on my bed. She crashed on the couch. Fortunately she was cool and we wound up getting along okay.

Had a gnat fly right up my nostril today. No idea if it came out or is still in there exploring.
 
Probably using way too much toilet paper. Need to have a sit down conversation of how to properly flush after a few wipes to avoid clogging the shitter

It didn't look like a toilet paper problem, she crapped out a really impressive amount of poop.
 
I'm 260lbs and after a couple of months slacking off, decided to pick up the gym again.

My running was surprisingly good, and I'm still strong, but my bodyweight exercises were pretty dire, so I decided that immediately after my 2.5 mile run to the gym, I'm going to do 100 squats and 100 push ups, before doing anything else.

Two days in a row, and I have sharp back pain and my legs are crippled.

I feel strangely vulnerable...

What bars did you hit in NYC?
 
It didn't look like a toilet paper problem, she crapped out a really impressive amount of poop.

I live with three women in the house, the amount of toilet paper they go through is absurd.

I can recall the chicks in the house next to us in university having a 48 role pack of TP in the bathroom. I recall using their bathroom and thinking "that's a ridiculous amount of TP. They must buy at a bulk wholesaler or something".

It's a great feeling imo

I deadlifted yesterday and the DOMs are beginning.. just a day after my arms started feeling better

Now it's international chest day so I gotta get up and going soon before all the benches are taken and I get left with machines lol

Yeah, I just do the machines. No point basing my training around things that won't be available half the time.

I'm focusing more on bodyweight and functionality this year, so many squats, push ups and chin ups are the focus, as well as running.

I've found that whilst I can be a bit of a beast on some machines, the results don't really translate well in life. I can leg press a lot, but what's the point if squats are still a struggle?

If your goal is weight loss,unfortunately free weights are king. Forces all your muscles to kick in and help. I'm on the shorter side at 5'10 so squats have never been an issue for me.

I'm trying to get down to 220 by March so If I gotta dumb bell it up between machines I will

I'm 6ft3, 260lbs. I focused way too much on upper body over the last several years, and my legs have stiffened a lot. I'm good with push ups and chin ups for my size, but I'm embarrassingly bad at squats.

I'd like to lose weight, but the main goal is overall strength and functionality.
