6'3 will always be a detriment when it comes to squats... I feel bad for your knees lol that's a long way to go down to parallelI'm 6ft3, 260lbs. I focused way too much on upper body over the last several years, and my legs have stiffened a lot. I'm good with push ups and chin ups for my size, but I'm embarrassingly bad at squats.
I'd like to lose weight, but the main goal is overall strength and functionality.
