on Xmas eve 2017, a heating pipe in the unit above ours burst and started flooding our living room. I had to call the property manager because the owners were out of town for the holidays. So took an hour for a guy to show up. I’m thinking “finally”. Then he’s like, “ok let me into their unit and I can get this straightened out.” I look at him for a minute then I’m like “Monica I ain’t got no Damn keys for their unit!” So we had to wait another hour or so for them to send a locksmith
 
We had a vacant rental house in the ghetto. Some losers broke in & stole the copper water pipes. They were so stupid, they didn’t even think to turn off the water first. So the house flooded. Water bill alone was in the thousands
 
My water was off this morning because someone’s pipe burst…

I showered using three one gallon of water jugs I had of drinking water. Was freezing. As soon as I started drying off I heard the water turn back on

Yeah I dont think they were stupid since thieves in reality wouldnt give a damn about turning off the water when they go out to loot.

Have you seen what happens when a water pipe breaks? The water shoots out like a geyser. The thieves had to be completely soaked. They probably struggled to even see what they were doing while getting sprayed in the face
 
I have a slow sink drain the manager has yet to get to. The first night it froze the faucet had a drip that kept the line full all night.

Fortunately things didn't go south.

You get soaked and get out though. you really dont have to stay there and think about. Thieves dont really give a shit.
 
Anyone like Baileys? I drink it straight out of the bottle. Its delicious. They have Baileys smores which is delicious too and salted caramel.

Im not a big drinker but I like it. Its like milkshake alcohol

Yeah back in high school one of my girlfriend's at the time loved that shit.

Of course that was 25 ish years ago and I don't remember them having any fancy flavours of it back then.

I live in the mountains in TN. It's actually not as brutal as say living up north. Unfortunately I live in a summer house that has windows throughout the whole house, and I usually put up insulation thr oughout the more open rooms. I put off doing it this year and the winter freeze was pretty unexpected. I absolutely love my house and don't wanna move. Just gotta be more on top of covering the windows come Fall time.

Do I report crazy people at the gym or let it be? There was this massive 300 + lb guy screaming at the top of his lungs at nothing and talking to himself. He is being weird too like sitting on the lat pulldowns seat and curling.

As long as he ain't harming nobody or harassing anyone I say let it be... probably working through some shit in his life

I didn't even notice it because I have noise cancelling headphones playing music. I just see people staring and looking confused. I thought he was talking to his friend or something. I just took off my headphones for a second and was like why is this dude screaming? I realized he was a little off when he kept on screaming by himself. This dude is really big. I am 250 lbs and he is probably 100 lbs more than me.

I've seen someone do that before.. he was like the gyms weirdo.. nice guy but a little off... he quit coming when he shit his pants and somebody had to tell him he had brown on the back of his shorts
