Go for it. Just workout and try to keep a calorie deficit. Trust the process and don't crash diet.
Yeah it's gonna be a journey but one I'm fully committed too

I used to be 205 even have old photos in the picture thread.. ballooned up to 250 through complacency laziness and a shit diet (and night shifts)

But I'm back into the grind and loving it again

Need new earbuds soon.. my Sony headphones are losing the foam around the ears and slipped off the first day benching even with a hoodie over it

Low carb. You can eat nothing but bacon and beef and still lose weight.

I bought a bunch of throwaway headphones recently. My regular pair isn't clamping well either. I changed from 300 dollar pair sony to multiple pairs of under 100 now. So far best purchase was Anker soundcore series. They are budget but sound is comparable to expensive headphones.

I borrowed my nephews galaxy bud live ones today..those are awesome.. but I missed the sale when my sister got them for..regularly priced at like 179 and she got them for 60

I'm no audiophile but the wired Beats nowadays are actually pretty good for the price.

The absolute worst thing that could happen besides my house burning down. I’ve actually lost my house to a fire twice in my life. Once on the nite of my 8th grade prom because of faulty electrical wiring, and another time 5 years ago because of a wildfire. So I’m not too stressed over this.

My water pipes have been frozen for five days and froze up while I was taking a shower and all my faucets were on. Suddenly it came on today and was like a fucking geyser coming out of 3 light fixtures. Soaked my $1.5k MacBook, my TV, and a closet full of my clothes. Luckily I shut the water off before the ceiling caved due to pressure buildup. Anyone else had this happen?? Estimate to get it fixed is 2 grand, and they’ll have to cut the ceiling up to access it, because the idiots that built my house didn’t make the attic accessible. Fuck!

I thought maybe it would be good to having ceiling sloped a bit and have some sort of waterproof coating for leaks to gravity drain out somewhere.

Sorry to read this. Had it happen twice and it sucks.

Reminds me, I should check my crawlspace now.

That sucks man!! $2 grand, sounds like you got off farily easy at least in some ways. Could have been worse if you weren't home or it slowly dripped and got the mold.

Can you get home owners' insurance money?

  • Plumbing: Cost to replace pipes
  • Electric: Electrical work
  • Drywall: Tape & float + drywall cost
  • Paint: Primer & paint + primer & paint cost
  • Misc: Fans to dry
  • Carpenter: Any wood work?
2k must've been extensive damage plus possible emergency cost.

We have a neighbor that has both water heaters in the attic. They found out it was leaking during lunch because it came through the ceiling into the dining room.

where do you live? living in extreme conditions comes with consequences such as these. move to an area with a better climate, is my suggestion.
