From what i've read and seen he already has one from the agent he is using for the draft.

One thing i found strange that someone familiar with the draft may be able to clarify. The compound he is currently in with training for the draft. Who owns and operates this facility? Is this a standard practice in January for college football seniors entering the NFL Draft?
 
lol. read some article where they asked the Catfish director if he thought he got duped. guy said he's seen crazier stuff than this and believes Teo's story. not that that really means jack.

There are companies that offer services to board, train, supplement, feed, etc players to get them ready for the combine. Most of the time the players will probably pay with their NFL money when they get it.
 
I can tell you Manti Teo is going to have the worst awareness rating in Madden history.

And prior to the draft they undergo a series of fitness tests performed by the NFL along with closed questioning by team scouts? Correct?

A player can visit and have a private workout with teams that are interested. Sometimes they can hold a workout and interested teams will go to them. Some players forgo the combine to only do private workouts. Everything varies from team to team, player to player. The visits will definitely include a medical and some type of interview or evaluation of some sort. A lot of the mental stuff is to see if the player can understand the team's offense or defense. But I'm sure they would also like to know if that player is ready for the NFL or isnt' crazy or something.

Idk. For Manti to know absolutely nothing is really hard to believe. He's friends with Tuisosopo so either they set it up together or Manti got Tuisosopo to take the fall.

There's no indication at all Manti and Tisosopo were any special type of friends outside of twitter. u guys are really ignorant of the polynesian culture and diaspora. EVERYONE knows each other in these ethnic communities, especially in LA. Even when Manti was growing up in hawaii before notre dame, he was already known among the community in LA and everywhere. THe Tuoisosopo family is also very renowned family in the group. twitter communication between them doesn't show at all that they were in anyway close or closer than the normal polynesian liaison.

If you were gonna plan a devious hoax 4 years in the making, I think you would choose someone closer to you than Tuisosopo.

lol I hate when people think they are being skeptical by believing in simply the contrary of what has been advocated, even though the evidence for the opposite maybe even more flimsy. Conspiracy theorists are always telling people to be more skpetical, then conclude sandy hook was a hoax based on a 4 second vid clip.. real skepticism there.

Being skeptical is about laying all the facts bare and trying to construct the most convincing narrative with scrutiny to all aspects.

I believe that I can't believe anything anyone says about this story.

That's not CONCLUDING that they are lying.

It's saying "fuck, I have no idea what to believe."
