Social MAGA 2025 Civil war incoming! Vivek Ramaswamy Betrays Base & reveals true colors, Says Americans SUCK !!

I believe you imagined that second part but I'm open to being proved wrong.

I happened to "come across" one of their pay stubs, and they were getting paid 1/4 of what I was getting paid. And they knew if they complained, they'd get sent back. They were getting taken advantage of.

When it comes to fruit picking, like watermelons, farmers aren't willing to pay them a liveable wage. Offer a liveable wage, and you'll get Americans to apply. But I sure as shit, and I'm sure you wouldn't either, pick fruit for $2ish an hour."

This post doesn't imply $8/hr? If they're being paid $2/hr as noted in the last sentence, and Jefferz is making 4x, then are we not at $8?

Again, this was posed as more of a clarifying question to him - $8/hr on the farm could be typical going rate in USA, not sure.

On a slightly more serious note...

First, it's amusing to see people get upset about the "culture" argument from Vivek when Americans have been criticizing the "culture" in parts of black America, Central and South America, Africa, and the Middle East for years at this point.

Second, Vivek isn't saying anything that many international communities haven't been saying for decades about mainstream American culture. That Americans don't value education high enough, don't work hard enough, have subpar family values, etc. I heard it as a kid with immigrant parents, I hear it from immigrant parents these days as well.

As an argument it misses a lot of important details but, returning to my first point, MAGA America was very comfortable with criticizing other people's culture while pushing for a supposed increased focus on meritocracy in our country and more STEM focus from education.

When 2 successful billionaires say "Meritocracy means that we need to bring in people who have adopted a culture of excellence in STEM fields," MAGA America should be hand clapping.
*highly

lol

Reaganism ruined unions and the American middle class

Again, why don’t we rid ourselves of the H programs and make them actual citizens and have the same labor protections and rights as US citizens?

Anything less than that would be exploitive and taking advantage of the fact their own countries do not follow policies that can create a middle class

Probably because a lot of them don't even want to be citizens to begin with. They want to work here and make money and then retire in their home country.

They aren't seeking work visas as a backdoor for citizenship. They're seeking work visas to work and make money.

The difference of course being that the greater white population shunned and rejected the negative aspects of southern culture while the greater black population embraces, accepts, and promotes them.
Whats populist today isnt what was populist yesterday....

It literally took decades if not hundreds of years & some of the most brutal crimes against history to change that.

Give us Blacks that same ETA and mulligans on the shannanigans...maybe we will come around.

Fkn pathetic revisionist history lol

It's like we're talking about a word problem in an elementary math class.

"If illegals make $2/hr and Jeff makes 4x what an illegal does, how much does Jeff make? Please show your work"

Maybe black culture will come around, maybe not. But it will never come around while black people being praised and encouraged to embrace old southern culture as authenticly black. Black people need to be shamed out of that culture by other black people and groups.

Remember MAGA you asked for this one.

Ahh so they take the job and income back with em to their own country.

Wouldn’t it make more sense to keep it here? Isn’t Trumps whole proposition that he ran on was about “making America great”

Research suggests the influx of skilled foreign workers has historically led to lower wages for U.S. employees; economists caution against making too much of the result

Well I should state I no longer have any affiliation with them but a family member of mine did/does. They’re republican. But they have worked with Dems in the state to bring H1A to them.

And it should be noted my union has endorsed both democrats and republicans. Not all republicans are anti union

I have heard stories however and I don’t know how valid they are is that my union were some of the first donors to Scott Walker of WI. Originally he was pro union then the story goes AIPAC and the Koch brothers made him a millionaire over night and he shifted and was one of the reasons Wisconsin became non union
Please forgive my ignorance but how does a whole state become non-union?

Which is an insane buisness practice. That I bet the fanboys and apologist like @Cajun won't touch & pretendnot to see...lmao

My Mother wanted a new Escalade for the past couple of years. She is retired now and was scared to pay the money that they want for these new trucks. I have been keeping her 2013 Escalade running and performed lots of maintenance and service on it once the warranty ran out. Well I spend most of time out of state now so I can no longer fix her truck when it frequently breaks down...Been taking her car shopping for every kind of luxury SUV.

The Cadillac dealership she bought her past cars from ordered her a brand new Escalade upon her request. Well we found a low miled 2023 Escalade ESV Sport Premium at an auction I frequent. She simply called up the Cadillac dealership & told them she found a better deal. She did not lose her deposit.

Imagine being the richest man in the world and trying to steal a $2500 deposit from a working class person. Especially when Tesla is famous for not delivering there vehicles when initially promised when taking mass deposits

So the guy who jerks customers around with lengthy waits post deposits now all of sudden wants to not return the curtesy his customers & stans have graciously extended to him. Typical

I would love to see the purchase or deposit agreement to see if or how the non refundable deposit was specified or disclosed.

I like the Plaid. It's an insane used car for the price. But I would NEVER support Tesla or Musk due to their labor & consumer practices.
Don't be dick and tag people into discussions in which they are not taking part while also making up their stances for them to argue about once you instigate a reply.

They become right-to-work.

Which allows anyone and everyone to have access to bids in state and federally funded jobs. Thus contractors with illegals can bid on em and out of state contractors as well
"And how many "right to work" states have Democrat-led governments, I wonder?" says the guy who repeatedly heard how Democrats were not for the working man leading up to the election.

Here’s another way to look at it too. Even if you’re not part of a union, unions help you out.

How?

Because our dues go to lobby politicians and lawyers that fight on our behalf and set wage requirements for the states we live in which impacts wage negotiations on a federal level.

This we’re setting an industry standard in regards to wages. And it’s publicly displayed.

So when you go to negotiate a wage as an individual with a non union outfit you can bargain and say “well these guys are making x and their employee package is x. Therefore I’ll do it for y.”

I don’t believe any democrat states are right to work.

The right to work is a republican stance. Which is why I would never want to live in one of those states. However there are republican states with unions

It should be noted that the NFL, the MLB, the NBA etc all have unions.

You know what doesn’t?

Since you are way off topic with your whataboutism
Is this how people should fix the "white culture" issues of School Shootings & child molestation?
Any hot takes on those or is it just different and not attributed to the culture of the statistical leaders for people doing those crimes?

Rhetorical, just kind of pointing out how stupid you sound.

Do you mean a form of what Magats might call Free Markets DEI?

It is now accepted that American workers cannot cut it. The culture sucks and they produce less qualified workers which means America cannot be made great again with them, and the higher skilled, better culture brown people are needed or America falls behind.

Even in Magat circles they are better education and training can fix this, but that will take decades so what is to be done until then???
