I initially thought the same but after watching the replay and seeing Teixeira literally pull himself up after grabbing by the cage with both hands I’m fine with it.

I feel the stoppage was early. Like really early on the Lewis fight. I also feel the Thompson fight probably should have split on the side of Thompson at very worse. Overall a pretty entertaining card.

Didn't have a bet on the fight as I thought it was still too early to trust Teixeira, but that stoppage was horrendous. Also, Derrick Lewis has mentally checked out of the game. He looked like a bag of (chocolate) milk compared to a few years ago when he got in shape. He's showing up for paychecks but still has power. If he fights anyone decent, he's gonna gas and quit within 2 rounds.
