Nothing hypocritical about what Leon said. He said he would fight Belal no problem. His coach saying Burns is a better fight isn't wrong. Belal is another version style wise of Usman & Colby. Wrestle heavy boxing style. Burns is a more exciting and more well rounded opponent. Leon also already fought Belal and he was dominant (Not that it lasted long).

Leon vs Belal will happen next unless, as Chael theorized on the MMA Hour, there was something amazing for Leon and the WW title for UFC 300 that wouldn't involve Belal. Chael speculated Belal's next fight will be for the WW title but it is possible it won't be the next WW title fight. Only thing I could imagine would be Conor vs Leon, Islam vs Leon.

I expect it will be Leon vs Belal at UFC 300. Probably Co Main with Aspinal defending the HW title and McGregor vs Chandler???

Burns name shouldnt even be mentioned AT ALL with whats going on with the title.
 
Belal would already be champ now if it wasn't for Cloby's undeserved 3rd title shot.

OH, he cares. He cares who Dana says he will fight next. UFC has bitch slapped Leon once before and he knows who is in charge now...and it Ain't Leon. Remember Leon, this is not a job, it's an opportunity. Unless your name is Belal, then, no opportunities for you.
