I have no idea how anyone could have scored the 1st round for Justin. It was even before the takedown and sub attempt (Khabib slightly outsteuck Justin),but the takedown should have sealed it for Khabib.

If I'm correct, one of the judges who gave it to Justin was the same moron who scored the Jones Reyes fight heavily for Jones.

I rewatched the Tibau fight recently with no audio.
My opinion has changed.
Khabib didn't dominate but he didn't lose a round. It wasn't even that close, it just wasn't a domination.
He pushed forward most of the time, controlled the center a lot, the threat of the takedown and going for the takedowns were the biggest action of each round. Even though tibau was defending well khabib still controlled the fight by constantly going for them. Tibau deserves credit for making khabib work and defending all of those takedowns but I didn't score a round for him.

I don't know if he's 100% Top 5 GOAT. We wouldn't be saying that if he didn't just retire undefeated.

But yeah I do think I personally will consider him top 5 all-time as this ages. I think it's rather easy to put him above Fedor. It's easy to put him above Mighty Mouse now. Above Penn easily. Above Cruz, sure I guess so.
