Is your physique important to you or do you just post it to shame the guys on here even more?
A few years ago, I felt like I looked better (certainly "bigger"), but I dropped a lot of weight (close to 30 lbs. now) for powerlifting. At the time, I decided that powerlifting was my primary concern, and that looking good was only secondary.
Truth be told, my physique isn't important to me. It's a vessel, a tool with which to compete. But taking progress photos has allowed me to examine how my physique has changed and continues to change. This is important to me, because I'm a strong believer in trying to mimic the physiques of the best lifters in one's weight class. If you want to be near the top of a weight class, you should look like a strength athlete. If you want a big squat, deadlift, and bench press, then you should be built appropriately. I try to maximize my physical advantages for my sport, and though I certainly don't have the "ideal" physique for powerlifting, that's the end-goal.
Now, the nice thing is that the "ideal" powerlifting physique (at least for someone at my height) coincidentally also looks pretty damn good, so I don't have to ruin my body to pursue my goals.
So, no, I'm not trying to make anyone feel bad, though I sort of doubt I'm capable of accomplishing that; I am 5'4", after all. I will post these as a reminder that no, I'm not skinny fat, however.
