Only dudes 100% secure in their heterosexuality are willing to dress in drag for a laugh. Makes JD even cooler in my book.

Putting tampons in boys bathrooms is very uncool however.

But the law’s actual language provides considerable flexibility for school districts to implement it, according to Deb Henton, the executive director of the Minnesota Association of School Administrators.

That might mean making these products available for free in various locations for all who need them, such as unisex bathrooms, girls’ bathrooms, the school nurse or the front office, but not necessarily in boys’ bathrooms. Henton, in an interview, lauded the “local control” the law provides for implementation, and said she’s fielded no concerns about its rollout.

At Anoka-Hennepin, the state’s largest school district, the free products are not found in traditional male-only bathrooms, a spokesman said. But they are provided for free to all in “nongendered bathrooms,” girls’ bathrooms or from health staffers.

Why are you so patriotic?

I know it isn't for the common reasons, you're too smart to think collective greatness reflects on you as an individual.

I'm not patriotic on any level. I do my best to contribute to the community but the things I do here in Montréal I would do in Kentucky or Prague.

You're one of the most earnestly patriotic Sherdog members I've seen and I was just wondering if you have ever wondered why.

Did you happen to see this thread I started last month?

I could greatly expand on the individual section (but in this random thread?), I had to cut it short on account of the OP already being so massive. I'm one of the happiest, healthiest, and most privileged people to ever exist on this planet relative to 99.9% of human history. Why do you think I'm so cordial to everyone on here? Because real life is fucking awesome, dude. I have nothing to be upset about. America's framework for individual liberty and economic opportunity is unparalleled in the history of the world. I take no credit for the country's collective greatness or the achievements of brilliant individual minds. I know they don't reflect on me, but I'm certainly proud of the former and appreciate all of the ways the latter has improved my quality of life.

The language of the law sounds a lot different though.
A school district or charter school must provide students with access to menstrual products at no charge. The products must be available to all menstruating students in restrooms regularly used by students in grades 4 to 12 according to a plan developed by the school district

When I see "must" that doesn't lead me to believe its up to the local schools to decide.

Free products to handle nose bleeds for dudes or periods for chicks is a bad thing? It really isn't the dig that you are making it out to be.
Legit LOL at the thought of someone handing a kid a tampon to jam up his nose to plug up a bleed.

That harris rally in nevada is proof California has fully invaded las vegas it is about to turn into a fully democrat far left state that place is doomed they will probably end up losing their gun rights and looking like san Francisco and L.A county.

I can understand why that wording is concerning to the average reader (and maybe legal minds too idk im just a retard on a karate forum) but certainly in practice you would agree that it's not a real issue, considering the largest district in the state doesn't do that?

Imo it seems that the most likely reasoning is that they wanted inclusive language in the bill so that if we get a trans or intersex situation, they can make sure that some Hickville school with only 2 bathrooms throws a couple pads under the sink and accommodates them too before it becomes a huge legal battle.

The interesting thing about that tweet is that that tweeter explicitly says he says he was deployed to Afghanistan and he doesn't. Again, you could infer it I guess? But then, if you're going to nitpick someone for what they say then also don't say they said something that they didn't? I mean, in the interest of credibility alone, ya kinda gotta not misquote something or, ya know, make shit up, makes you look bad from the jump whether or not you even had a point to begin with.

The level of attempting to make this "stolen valor" thing stick is hilarious. Like this is literally all they have. "Well, he did serve but we BELIEVE he keeps vaguely suggesting that he served in a way he didnt!!"

You still in Long Beach? My living in San Jose compared to Ridgecrest is night and day different...not sure if you've lived anywhere different.

Anyone who's worked at a school, particularly a rural school, knows that when a visiting team comes for a sport or activity, they get moved to the vacant locker room. So if the girls' locker room is being used by the home team for a b-ball or volleyball game, the visiting team is going to have to get changed and everything in the boys' lockers. I've been a wrestling coach for almost 10 years at both the middle and high school level in Wisconsin, and there is no weirdness/awkwardness at all when my team has to use the girls' lockers and there are dispensers for menstrual products and little receptacles in the stalls. We also have staff bathrooms in most schools that are single occupant, and having tampons or whatever in there doesn't affect anyone at all. Why is it so hard for people to wrap their heads around?

Love @Poon Goon and his take there. @filthybliss is in his young liberal years. If he keeps loving America his blood will be fully red soon. I like him too.

A couple of challenges to face with Zoomers is that they're an extra sensitive generation that puts mine (millennial) to shame on that front. They're not only even less patriotic as a whole - lot of these kids can't even afford housing right now so I get it to a degree - but seemingly a lot more likely to be in favor of curtailments on freedom of speech and infringements on the right to keep and bear arms. It's essential, perhaps now more than ever given the shit going on in the UK, that they understand not only the importance of why we cannot have "hate speech" laws (no matter how nasty, objectionable, and unpleasant the sentiments) but the fundamental difference of the US Constitution compared to the national charters of so-called contemporary western peers. They need to understand that our rights are inalienable and protected from the government, not granted (and subject to being stripped) by the government.

Anyone who sexualize tampons or an absolute weirdo. It's a hygiene product, what's next suggestive reactions to toilet paper? I have tampons in my bathroom right now, because I have a wife. My 11 and 8 year-old Sons know what tampons are and do, and have since they were little, because they have a Mom and we arent absolute weirdos about these things.

Also no one who applauded a guy wearing a maxipad on his ear has any room to talk about tampons.

That’s the scariest thing. It’s a generation of people who grew up, for lack of a better analogy, never reading the “terms and conditions”. Pair that with a total disregard for teaching the enormity of the American experiment and soul sucking social media… well it’s not good.

They are apathetic and I don’t blame them. Soon our generation will be looked at as Boomers for wanting to curtail infringement on individual liberty as they TikTok dance their way to hell.
