You’d think. You’d also want that codified if you have a soul that is.

In Minnesota though? Nope. Any time. Any reason.
And you want to know why it was signed (most likely) ? So that there is a very minimal chance that a woman (or doctor) could be prosecuted for a late term abortion out of necessity /medical reason

they put 2 communists on the ticket whose policies feature open borders, inflation, and child castration and the polling has it close. god help america if they win.

can any of you actually defend their platform instead of just huffing their fumes? like for real, maybe it's time we had a real convo on sherdog.

Before you get banned again for posting something stupid, can you tell all of us, regardless of party, why you're so invested in this when you don't even live in the US? I'm genuinely curious. Lol.

It’s always entertaining and amusing when people pretend to know exactly what candidates “will do” if elected.

sir....how would you know i'm not a US citizen? more importantly, how would non-mods assume the same?

kamala's last 3.5 years. gl!

i know fuck all about time tim except for what's posted in this thread. are you ok with his stance on child castration (puberty blockers/cross sex hormones are exactly that)?
Except puberty blockers are reversible and you have no problem with kids on them for years for precocious puberty.

His stance seemingly is to allow families and health care professionals to make decisions. Not the government.

And 'medical emergencies' not 'medical reasons' have exceptions written into laws.

That's a non-issue.
Well, there could always potentially be a lawyer who could sue a doctor for performing a later abortion if the medical reasons were ambiguous, which is why it could be included in the abortion bill (if I had to guess why he signed it)

You’re the one who keeps mentioning kids genitalia being chopped off
Yeah, turns out child abuse is not a particularly popular platform. He was also one of the worst lockdown governors in the country, so not sure how that fits into your "big government" nonsense.

Like I said, I'm all for the pick and it should be fun watching him scream "don't worry about the open borders, late term abortions and sex changes for kids, we've got free meatloaf in the school cafeteria" to try and win states that also already have free lunches.

Yeah man good thing they added in “necessity” into the bill.

It sounds like what you’re saying is that we had a very good and reasonable framework with Roe, and SCOTUS should’ve left it the hell alone.

All of this is their doing. I would think that a person having an abortion in the 8th or 9th month would be exceedingly rare—but in Minnesota it’s possible. And sadly, it’s preferable to the alternative: in other states, women bleed out in the ER, 10 year olds have to flee the state after they’re impregnated by a rapist, and women are criminalized for trying to travel to a state where abortion is legal. This is what conservatives asked for, this was their dream for decades. And look what it’s brought us.

A federal law enshrining the Roe framework, or better yet, a Constitutional amendment, is the best course forward.

I'm pretty sure that he's forcing the gov't to attack kids and cut their dicks off. If I'm reading hacks ITT right.

Okay which one is nonsense?

Literally it’s legal in Minnesota to have an abortion at any time for any reason.

The law is not a "no limit abortion law"...its a right to privacy law. Limits can be determined by medical professionals, instead of ideological nutbags.

The laws about protecting health care access for trans kids are also privacy laws.

Both of these are parental rights laws also. In Minnesota, the State cannot tell me that I must potentially sacrifice my wife's life for a non-viable pregnancy. In Minnesota, if one of my kids is trans, I can get them the care they need rather than have the State declare what I can and cannot do.

These are small Government conservative positions, NOT progressive ones.

He didnt allow for any cities to be burned down, as no cities burned down.

Undocumented immigrants having driver's licenses makes them easier to track, and allows for them to he accountable for any traffic violations. Not having them able to be licensed is dumb if you want to know where they are and what they're doing.

He never advocated for more illegal immigration.

When has he advocated for open borders or child abuse ? And you’re a fan of big government despite being a conservative republican, what does this have to do with him ?

Already busted for stolen valor. D'oh! <lmao>
