I dont like Trump, he is funny, but ruined several people lives with his scams. But isnt like Kamala is really a up-grade. Would be better if MIchelle was the one running.

Oh man, I knew that would the narrative that the right would run with.

It’s a president refusing to accept his party’s nomination for a second term, it definitely doesn’t happen every day, but not unheard of. I do think Biden should resign the presidency altogether to mitigate some of these silly talking points from the Right.

I mean, if that’s oligarchy, what was the selection of George Washington? There were no primaries then, he didn’t even campaign lol.

As such, this is the third time in three presidential elections that Democratic Party elites have subverted democracy to choose a presidential candidate.

The first time this occurred was in 2016 when the Democratic National Committee manipulated money and process to help Hillary Clinton defeat Bernie Sanders.

The second time was in 2020, when Party elites pushed out Pete Buttigieg and Amy Klobuchar so Elizabeth Warren could split the progressive vote with Sanders, creating a path to victory for Biden.

This year, Biden and the DNC prevented a competitive open primary, and now Biden is deciding who will be the nominee for Democrats. Harris was deeply unpopular with Democratic voters when she ran in the 2020 primary, leading her to drop out after her polling plummeted to the single digits.

It's a president who has obviously been unfit to even be in office for years getting pressured out at the last minute so the democrat elites can handpick the new candidate.

How is that democratic? I'm obviously not gonna call it an insurrection but it's not a good look for democracy. They should've pressured him to step down way earlier and had legit primaries.

They forget they're running a dude that's 78, a convicted felon, whose VP spoke out against him, who's lost the popular vote in the two presidential elections he's been.

The Biden situation is a complete mess so yeah, the odds are in favor of Trump, but chances are like 60-40 right now, not 95-5 the way these guys are celebrating.

So if it's Kamala Harris as the presidential nominee. One of her possible running mate should be The Rock. Just because he's such a well known lovable celebrity and people tend to gravitate towards celebrities. Just look at Trump for example.

Or get Adam Kinzinger as the running mate, some radical choice like that. A republican that's against Trump and would have voted for Biden if he stayed on. This is to show the American public that people can find a common ground, regardless of party affiliation. Just like when Abraham Lincoln got the other parties to agree abolishing slavery. Same concept, regardless of what party you are with. You came up with a way to achieve something to better society and the country as a whole.

I think Kinzinger would be a great running choice to show the republican moderates that you can get along with the other side regardless of party loyalty.

- It's unfair to pin something only on the right. You guys got from Obama, who was a smart guy, to Trump and Biden for some reason. The thing is, Biuden is very senile, Trump is little better, but he will losse his touch also. And yeah, Trump has been a scammer his entire existence. He is like a Lex Luttor without the redeeming qualities Luthor has.
