Crime Justified Shooting?

As others have said I’d need to see the lead up to get the total picture, but in general completely justified, keep your fucking hands to yourself.

:edit You know what, after watching it frame by frame it looks as though he had the gun IN HIS HAND before he got sucker punched. If thats the case it isn't justified and is actually attempted murder.

And seeing the clip on fullscreen of your phone makes the details pop out more than seeing it minimized on twitter.

True. I always feel like these videos are short on purpose. BUT he 100% had the gun out at the very start of the video. I wonder if dude sucker punched him knowing he had a firearm in his hand?

He could be justified in having the gun out from the beginning of the clip. You're right regarding the editing. Surely a longer version has been uploaded somewhere..

And as I theorized in the OP spoiler, he wasn't hit very hard. It knocked him more off-balance.

He was able to point, aim, and shoot within a second of hitting the ground. He wasn't dazed.

Surprisingly few tweets about this. We don't even know if 'Black Shirt&Shorts' was hit, severely injured, or killed.... or any claims of any of the three.

I know enough about the CTE God to know that it’s a justified shot.
 
when you're being attacked by a mob and fall to the ground, things can end very very badly for you. I think it's justified self-defense.
 
I have a simple test for this kind of thing:

1. Did a sucker puncher get shot?
-if yes, then it's justified
-if no, work on your aim and try again
