I'm now able to do the 10x2 minute thai boxing routine on the heavy bag and hit all my combos. It is amazing how much my combo speed has improved as I couldn't even come close to keeping up with him when I first got the cd's.
I'm also doing the all around workout, but still need to improve on it. I can crank out at least 15 reps of all the exercises for about the 1st 1/2, but then start dropping down to only around 10 or so in the later part. I also have yet to complete the final exercise (1, 2, 3, 4, ... 10 jumping w/ knees to chest)... I get up to about 6 and then my legs just refuse to come off the ground.
Combined with my normal lifting and competing in sports, I am seeing some amazing results. I am by far the most ripped right now that I have ever been in my life, and I have been lifting for 14 years now.
