To give you a feel for the difference, the Muay Thai is full shadowboxing, with knees, for 2 minutes and 1 minute rest... The all around workout would be two minutes shadowboxing, with knees, followed by 30 seconds of pushups, 30 seconds of sit-ups, 45 seconds of mountain climbers, another minute of shadowboxing, jump up with your knees to your chest 10 times, throw ten right knees, ten left knees, 30 seconds of pushups, 30 seconds of jumping lunges, repeat ad nauseam for half an hour with zero rest period.
True. I actually waited until I could do the full 7 rounds of 3 minute Thai boxing before trying the All Round fighting workout and I still only got 2 rounds into it! My body doesn't defy gravity fast enough for those goddam sprawls.
By the way, nobody seems to be mentioning the 3 minute Thai workout - was that something only on the newer release or something? Its track2 on my Thai CD
