Things "revealed" in her book were in the media. It's quite easy to read that Ronda was purportedly abusing alcohol and a car bum while not reading that her father killed himself. She hadn't read the book which wasn't even released in Brazil at the time, if I remember correctly, but was going by media headlines.

The fact that her father committed suicide was in the media years ago as was the fact she was living out of a car. Did you (and/or everyone else that followed WMMA) know about it all the way back then? No? It took until the book was released? But it's been years since that information was available!
