Fedor, Cormier, Cain...
All extremely successful, small heavyweights.
Jones is bigger than Fedor and Cormier, and probably doesn't walk around much smaller than Cain does (Cain's tubby, too). No doubt Jones would have huge success at HW.
There are more interesting challenges at heavyweight for Jones, simply because he'll be facing some guys who are actually bigger than him for once. He's always been the biggest guy in the division, at heavyweight, he'd be one of the smallest.
Those takedowns he gets so easily at light heavyweight will be more challenging, his reach advantage will be diminished, and his opponents will hit him a lot harder than he's ever been hit.
I'm all for him moving up once he's rematched Gus/fought Rumble, and Jones/Miocic sounds awesome.
