Because every time the fans talk about Jones winning they say it's just cause his reach. If fans didn't complain about Jones'es reach after every fight the UFC wouldn't mention it.

We only get see that they made weight. We don't know anything about what these guys actually weigh during the fight, which is what matters.

Two guys can have similar weight on the official scales and be nowhere near each other come fight time.

I'm not much of a boxing fan, but that three punch combo that Gatti threw to finish Gamache off was picture perfect.
