Hunter was being investigated by Biden’s DOJ. The Prosecutor got caught trying to white wash all of Hunter’s crimes with a sweeping plea bargain by a Federal Judge.

That part was just an extra addition to say that it's a shame for normal Americans that presidents on both sides are now unethically pardoning people that benefit them. Biden pardoning his son is all on him, no excuses, and that I think it's a terrible thing was intended as the main point of my post.

I guess it's common on this board to use the "but the other side did it" as an excuse for their side doing bad things but that's stupid, biased reasoning and something I try not to do. That both sides do something bad is even worse for the country than if just one side does it and it's just never an excuse that the other side does it too.

The Hunter Biden crime was essentially he bought a gun in 2018 and in the forms when you fill out during purchase, he lied and said he was not on drugs.

For most normal people, they would have pled that down to a misdemeanor, but since this was Biden's son, they way over prosecuted it to the felony level.
