Why haven't you heard about this? it's very difficult to quantify explosiveness. In addition, complex training is very strenuous on the CNS. more than 3 weeks at a time may be asking for trouble.

Yeah, Bompa calls this "Maxex" training.

i got supertraining. actually just got it the begininning of this month, i am still going through it as it's a 500plus page read. many of the concepts and things need to be read and reread.

i got bompa too. and the scienece and practice.
