Jiri had said his goal is to keep winning and then have a third shot at the title vs Poatan (if he is still in LHW and the champion) and he said that'd be "the fight for his life". What does he likely mean by that? Potentially, a closure in the professional fighting whether the result is?

that last fight was the most 1 sided asswhooping in a title fight in recent memory, he got rocked and concussed like 3 different times and had his antenna broken, he's the only top 5 contender who has zero chance of beating the champion

i usually give guys chances even when it looks like they don't got a chance but the way he looked in the 2nd fight was bad. he looked way more scared and tentative to engage than in the 1st fight and he did a lot worse in the 2nd fight. the first fight clearly changed him. he can't be successful if he isn't aggressive and he was too afraid to get aggressive in the 2nd fight.

When you get Kod twice by a fighter time to search elsewhere buddeh

Especially, when both KOs only took 2 rounds ... and, even more especially, when your opponent figured your stupid style out in the second fight, and absolutely murked your ass ... it wasn't even competitive.

This is the reason we need something like boxing orgs in MMA, Jiri gets 1-2 good wins and then what? Its a trilogy fight no one asked for and potentially another KO loss or becoming a gatekeeper for the champion he cant beat.

?????????
Jiri wins 1-2 more fights, then there is only one title he can fight for, the no one wants to see him fight for, the fight he already lost twice, in boxing there are more than 1 belt, there are plenty more divisions, at the top not so much, but at least there are more belts and more fights to make, in MMA is promotion centered only.
