Yeah I believe the FBI removed all the surveillance footage in the area that day and have refused to show footage from any of the tapes (despite witnesses saying they saw McVeigh with 2 other people). Some people went to court to try to get access to the tapes, but didn't get anywhere. Some alledge an FBI informant was actually John Doe no2 and, as bomb squad was spotted around the building earlier, it could have been a failed attempt by the FBI to stop the attack despite having advanced knowledge of the threat.

Right IF Epstein was a friend of his dad then that would be a conflict of interest. We don't know the relationship. We know he was hired without a teaching license or a degree to teach courses at a prestigious school , which implies some sort of relationship.

You keep forgetting i adopted a position to show you what folk would say when Barr cleared him. They will point to this relationship. If they were friends or acquainted in some way then where i come from it's a conflict of interest. For instance where i live if you know the accused you can't be in a jury judging them. Maybe it's different in the US.

Also Donald Barr worked for the OSS and his son helped cover-up Iran Contra in fact Barr was nicknamed "Coverup-General Barr" by the NYtimes writer.

So why would they cover-up anything.

How is it a conflict of interest? You did not even attempt to answer that. What is the conflict? If you're going to claim you were just coming up with unsupported claims that idiots would make, that's one thing. But that's not actually what is going on here, from what I can see.

Knowing a defendant while serving on a jury would obviously qualify as a conflict of interest in any sort of normal circumstance. That isn't close to a valid comparison to ordering an investigation as AG into a death in federal custody of somebody your father gifted a job to. Again, what is the conflict? I know there's a distant relationship. What is the conflict?

I'm stating the chronology for the avoidance of doubt. Your reaction to it, shows why you didn't know it.

In my country if you know someone you're not allowed to be in a jury and judge them. Barr might know Epstein. I can't make it any simpler. If you don't know why knowing someone is a conflict of interest then that's your wilful ignorance on display.
