It could easily be a painting that shows how close and friendly he and Bill were. The kind of 'busting a buddies balls' type thing to do, when you think no one outside your circle will see it. its seems they were pretty chummy. I am suggesting that is would not shock me if CLinton may have put the dress and shoes on as a joke and Epstein grabbed a pic. He then had that pic blown up to bust his buddy Bill's balls. I would do the same to my good buddies and we have had similar compromising things. One was after a game of horseshoes at the cottage and the losing team guys had to put on some of their gals clothes and serve the winners dinner that way. It was before everyone had cell phone cameras or you can bet that it would have been used after to embarrass them.

Yea I noticed the blue dress as well and thought of Monica because her dress was blue, however, Epstein is connected to sexual abuse and philia so its not surprising to me he liked that particular painting or even had it commissioned, I don't know.
