Izzy will retire as soon as Alex gets close to a Ts

You watched Alex fight tonight and thought "this is a guy that will make it to a title shot" ????

I certainly didn't.
The guy he fought was 16-1 in his last 17 fights with 14 knockouts, never been knocked out. He's a lot more skilled than people are giving him credit for, and Pereira had him pretty much broken by the end of the third

Pereira would've been asleep if he didn't have such a good chin

He already beat Izzy lol. He’s the superior kickboxer

Yeh, that's not how this works lol.

If they fight again, it's not going to be a kickboxing match.

Gohan Saki was a superior kickboxer than Rountree and got annihilated.

Izzy went to a split decision in his second UFC fight, had a competitive fight with 43 year old Silva, and then went to hell and back with Gastelum. Guess what? He still got the belt.

Chill tf out everyone. Bruno Silva's good enough to be ranked in all likelihood, and I think Alex could've gotten him out of there in the 3rd if he really pressed it. Were you all really expecting him to come to the UFC, sleep everyone, and never take a punch?

A potential fight with Izzy is also over a year away in all likelihood. Who tf knows if he'll even still be champion? The judges could've given Whittaker that last fight.

But how would that favor Izzy? Alex hit's harder, has the better hands and the smaller gloves will just give him more of an advantage.

Yes it will be. You think Izzy is going to wrestle lol?

Anyone who thinks like this has incurable loser brain. Israel doesn't think this way. Don't project your loser tendencies onto him

Bruno Silva is a solid fighter, I thought he had a realistic chance at an upset tonight. He’s not a “no-name”.

Pereira matches up decently against Izzy(I’d still favor the latter). The problem is that they’re never going to fight. There’s no way he goes through Vettori or any other wrestler in the division, he’ll get taken down and won’t be able to get up.

Those kinds of performances don't get you close to a title shot

Alex stands way too upright for MMA. It worked in kickboxing because he can take harder shots with the bigger gloves.

He also doesn't have great footwork. Again, this worked in kickboxing for him because kickboxers are way more used to standing and trading than MMA fighters, which they can be, because they can cover up behind bigger gloves and don't have to fear smaller shots getting through and doing massive damage like in MMA.

Alex hasn't really adapted his striking for MMA. Izzy has. Izzy's doesn't move or feint like a kickboxer.

Do you seriously think he's going to be able to hit Izzy with the same sort of shots he was often struggling to land on a mediocre striker in Bruno?

They're going to be fighting in the UFC in a kickboxing match?

Here I was thinking that this was MMA lol.
Izzy mainly strikes which is the same as kickboxing. Unless Izzy becomes a wrestler, I don’t see no reason to think it’ll be any different

Oh and Alex can finish or decision any of the brawlers with ok takedowns that are at the top of this division. He'd also ko Till no problem. That is all.

Izzy wants to get paid, he ain't retiring while he can get paid.

Yeah. That guy isn't making it to a title shot either.
