Yes Israel is much more technologically advanced, but Iran has a much greater landmass, much larger population, much larger conventional military and there are several countries in between Israel and Iran.

You can't "defeat" another country with just bombing. You need to put boots on the ground. And neither Israel nor Iran has the capability to do so.

So what Israel wants is the US to put boots on the ground for them. Fuck Netanyahu.

They just need to take out Iran's leadership and let the people take over. No need for full scale military war.

The complexities of each situation is unique. Oppose, support, whatever but they're different. One could support one and oppose another.

I believe that Russia is claiming to be defending themselves. I don't think they are. But I don't think Israel is defending itself here either, despite claiming as such.

Russia's claim is that they're under threat from NATO expansion and from Nazis in the Ukraine on their border.

Don't they have a right to preemptively avoid a situation they consider dangerous to their nation? Who are we to say that their fears are or aren't credible? See how that works? So we either let everyone go unilaterally or we condemn everyone who does so and rely on multilateral approaches.
