This. I really don't know why people demand some idealistic degree of pure meritocracy, when they bring up how much they want champs to be more active as well. You want Islam to fight 3 times in the next year? One of them will probably be Usman. May as well get it out of the way now.

That's not a face off. That is Abdelaziz trying to force something to happen that hopefully never happens. It should be Shavkat vs Islam and if Usman wants a last shot he should have to fight Morales. That can be a #1 contender fight.
