1830 is a super solid time for anyone who isn't a competitive runner. Pre college level 1800 is a very good time. In college it's sub 16 or nothing. But bonus points for running in Dagestan's mountains.

I'd wager most LWs can manage 21 minutes give or take.I bet most UFC fighters that fight at 155 and under can do around 18 minutes. Islam is probably average for a MMA fighter at his weight bracket.
