Is this routine good for strength?

he would be damn hard to triangle because of the mass of his shoulders/traps, i know that much is true.
 
i think the real question is what type of strength are you training for.

we each have our own ideas of what strength is.
 
Exactly why NE Wrestler is saying.

Lifting for strength was the entire purpose behind lifting in the first place. To be stronger than ones enemies, then to be strong to be strong, and to build a good physique (Like the men NEWrestler mentioned), it's only in modern times that there has been this feeling that developing an aestheticly pleasing physique and being strong are mutually exclusive.
