Is breakfast the most disgusting meal? (srs)

My diet that i need to get back on was minimum 40% fat, minimum 40% protein (of my total calories), and breakfast was the best meal for getting my fats up without sacrificing protein.

Plus it's delicious imo. I usually made a bacon egg and cheese wrap with salsa and it was always money.
 
What the hell kind of man are you? First you let your girlfriend sit on your friend's lap now this shit?

What I made myself for breakfast this morning. Onions, potatoes, broccoli, cheese, and eggs. It was far from disgusting.

I hate breakfast. I get nauseous if I just smell food in the morning. Smelling eggs and bacon right when I wake is a sure way to ruin my day.
 
Yea it is Oatmeal is fucking gross I hate shoveling that crap down my throat.

Well if you train at anything and you're not eating a balanced breakfast you're 100% doing it wrong.

it may sound crazy, but i love oatmeal. it's something great to eat if you're really hungry and want to pig out, but don't want to gain tons of weight. i love heating up oatmeal with pieces of banana. no doubt that i'd rather eat tons of other foods instead, but the older you get, the more you have to watch what you eat.
 
I'd eat bacon and eggs for breakfast every day if I could, but as much as I love bacon it's super unhealthy.

On days that I work I scramble two eggs with some cheese and put it on a pita and have a glass of orange juice.

On my days off I have a bowl of Cheerios, or just sleep in till noon and cook lunch.
