Is breakfast the most disgusting meal? (srs)

I love breakfast. Eggs, turkey bacon and wheat toast are my go to with some Greek yogurt. You don't have to eat garbage for breakfast, for the most part it's mostly protein.
 
If anything getting up early to eat a healthy breakfast is the exact opposite of lazy.

Srs? Getting up early to eat food doesnt make you not lazy. Its almosy universally known that people who eat breakfast are sluggish throughout the day and less productive.
 
Make half a loaf at a time and refrigerate the leftovers. Reheat the leftovers in a toaster.

unfortunately tho i cant do that. id go nuts knowing there was french toast readily available while im supposed to be eating better than that . . . im weak n would cave xD

I'd make and eat a nice breakfast if I woke up earlier. i love breakfast food. I love sleeping an extra 30 minutes even more :)

Yup, I don't know anyone who trains or is in good shape the skips breakfast.

It's fucking crazy it seems that some people here who claim not to eat breakfast believe that eating breakfast is all about eating pancakes/cereal/food covered in gravy i.e. Unhealthy foods or they think breakfast has to be some huge meal.
 
What I made myself for breakfast this morning. Onions, potatoes, broccoli, cheese, and eggs. It was far from disgusting.

I make that same exact omelet at least twice every week. I put on some mma podcast and make the omelet in 15 minutes

Hogey, I love a delicious plate of gravy and biscuits with some sausage but that isn't a normal breakfast by any means of the imagination.

I do agree and find it strange people believe fit people or athletes don't eat a packed healthy breakfast. Hell some people even do a work out before they eat but they do get that breakfast meal in.

Just cuz you train or do sports doesnt mean your healthy. Just look at brok lesnar he prob eats breakfast religiously but still had to geg half his intestines removed. Shane del rosario had a heart attack and died 30 years young, i bet he ate breakfast too
 
I toast oats, cashews and seeds in the oven, add some dried fruit, cocoa and coffee and process it all into dust, store into containers and have it with milk every morning. Except on weekends, that shit is for bacon and eggs!
 
Breakfast for dinner is where it's at. Pancakes, hashed browns, scrambled eggs, blueberry muffin, white toast, and OJ or lemonade to wash it down. I don't eat it much anymore, but that's the shit right there.

So a few outliers mean that if you train and keep in shape you aren't in a much greater category of living a healthy life. That doesn't even make sense. The facts aren't kept hidden on this.

You really aren't making a good argument or any sense for that matter.
 
It's like diet soda drinkers. All fat, none lose weight ever.
I Greatly prefer diet soda taste compared to regular and am no where near being fat. And breakfast is awesome.... I just don't eat it very often. I usually go to the gym when I get up and prefer to workout with no food in my stomach. Some dont like to do it that way but it works for me.
