Agreed with TS. I hate breakfast. I'd eat some fruit in the morning and that's about it.
I have high cholesterol egg whites and oatmeal are the norm.it may sound crazy, but i love oatmeal. it's something great to eat if you're really hungry and want to pig out, but don't want to gain tons of weight. i love heating up oatmeal with pieces of banana. no doubt that i'd rather eat tons of other foods instead, but the older you get, the more you have to watch what you eat.
OMG my dad does the exact same thing... are we long lost brothers?I toast oats, cashews and seeds in the oven, add some dried fruit, cocoa and coffee and process it all into dust, store into containers and have it with milk every morning. Except on weekends, that shit is for bacon and eggs!
Just cuz you train or do sports doesnt mean your healthy. Just look at brok lesnar he prob eats breakfast religiously but still had to geg half his intestines removed. Shane del rosario had a heart attack and died 30 years young, i bet he ate breakfast too
