Is breakfast the most disgusting meal? (srs)

You guys should look up intermittent fasting and or the warrior diet. Fact is our bodies are designed to be awake and alert during the day. Eating too much or eating really heavy during the morning for breakfast activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for digestion and rest. Which is why after a big greasy breakfast you can feel tired or sluggish. You will do alot better eating light or just fasting during that period. Just like our ancestors would have been hunting and gathering during the day, eating the bulk of their calories later in the day. There was no food freezing/storage back then, this is how we are wired. Eating lighter will keep your sympathetic nervous system activated, keeping you more alert and feeling more active. You will also be burning more of your fat stores. But problem is when you have a large breakfast, now your body isn't burning the fat already on your body, but now from food sources, hence you get fatter, rather than losing fat.

It's okay for pleasure to have a big breakfast every once in awhile, but I would suggest it's better to eat lighter, or skipping breakfast entirely. I know this is contradictry to the status quo, who believe breakfast is the most important meal. But just have a look into intermittent fasting. People are getting great results from it. You can be eating less and have more energy :)

Isn't vacation breakfast a mixed drink or Redbull with a few lines and a blunt? Followed by morning sex?
 
I eat breakfast at noon.

I love thag greasy disgusting breakfast food, but I'm lucky to eat it once a month. Most days I have a cup of black coffee to get me through the first 6 waking hours of the day, nothing else. If I eat a big greasy breakfast it basically means I'm hungover, not going to work and not doing much of anything else on the day.

IF is where it's at! I usually do IF whenever I'm cutting.

I stand corrected then. And I agree with you on the AR. I was referring to the nancy who wrote that article about the AR15 giving him PTSD and bruising his shoulder.

You can have a smoothie for breakfast as long as you blast off a few rounds from that mauser immediately afterward.

And just for the record, I rarely eat breakfast but I love traditional breakfast food. Which is why I often have it for dinner.

Where I come from, most people don't eat fried bacon and eggs for breakfast. We eat bread, filmjölk, meowsli, cereal, things like that.
Not like eggs and bacon breakfast are unheard of, but I think most people find it a bit heavy as a first meal of the day.
 
I always thought the breakfasts like one in op are the type you allow yourself to enjoy maybe once a week or something. Not an everyday thing. Idk it's just so much food idk how people could do it.

I stick to oats or oatmeal, or some sliced fruit lol. Maybe yogurt if it's not bogged up in sugar.

And dream about big fluffy pancakes covered in syrup . . . One day ):
 
If I'm not fully awake, I can't eat. If I'm up early enough and alert, breakfast is amazing.
 
Also leftover pizza is the best breakfast. Y'all can suck it lol

I used to have a modest gun collection (3 handguns, 1 shotgun, 4 rifles - including a custom CMMG AR15. No glocks though, they're fantastic guns but I could never get used to the grip angle) and carried almost everywhere I went. Then I fell on some hard times last year and sold almost everything. I haven't been shooting ever since and it makes me sad.

My favorite gun to shoot that I still own is a bayonet-equipped mosin nagant (7.62x54R) but I don't even have any ammo for it right now. :(.
 
How you americans can eat this shit on any meal amazes me.
 
Smoothies were created so fat people can think they're eating healthy in the AM.

Most smoothie places are just giant cups of proceeded sugars.

Worse for you then bacon.



Also any serious athlete or fitness people all eat a well balanced breakfast.

I eat oatmeal, turkey egg white omlets with veggies and fresh fruit almost daily.

Skip the bacon though, eggs are the perfect food so keep them in your diet.
