After last night Izzy holds the title for the most insufferable UFC fighter on the entire roaster for me. Like a friend of mine said, Izzy always seems to be having an identity crisis, he's fake as fuck imo. Here's to DDP shutting that dude up.

Interesting side note for people not in the know: Izzy had servants growing up. He actually had a "personal bathing servant". It all totally makes sense now imo, mystery solved.

I’m not sure what you’re getting at here. Are you comparing paid servants/maids to slavery/share cropping/indentured servants? I’d also like to see some proof of this being true, just because I know people who are triggered like to say things without evidence if it fits their narrative.

You forgot Aljamain, for being proud of his Jamaican heritage. And Usman for being proud of his Nigerian heritage. DDP’s pov is that he was born there & stayed there to train while other Africans split to train & now live elsewhere. Izzy’s pov is that South Africa was taken by force by DDP’s ancestors who enslaved the locals to take over the region, so DDP isn’t a true African.

I don’t know if Dricus was truly oblivious to the implications of what he was saying or not, but of all the statements to make, to imply that you're more representative of Africa than others because you still live there is a really stupid thing to say. It was poorly thought out. It comes across as racially insensitive and ignorant to his fellow African brethren. Like you can’t tell me you come from South Africa and don’t know the brutal history of your own country.

He lit a match over a powder keg of a topic and it’s inevitably blown up, as Izzy (after some drinks?) chose to spill gasoline over the motherfucker. It was a messy emotional response from Izzy but I can assure you many people are happy that he took Dricus to task over shots fired.

I like izzy but last night was WAY over the top and just a horrible look. As far as being the most insufferable on the roster he doesnt even come close to guys like Jones or Connor. Actions > words in my opinion. Izzy certainly has some mental problems, but until he starts assaulting / beating up women or old men, crashing cars, etc etc. He will never be above connor or Jones on the asshole list. My list in order would be Connor, Jones, Izzy/Strickland, Colby, Sterling.
