Infinite Intensity - Tactical Barbell 50 Day

End of 80%-85% medium week with "Fighter":

Squat 220lbs
Bench 190lbs
Wt'd Pull-ups 180lbs (+30lbs)

Everything felt great. First strength session of the week, the weighted pull-ups felt heavy, and I struggled with the last rep or two. Today, everything feels tightened up.
 
Boxing tonight:

Small group tonight (just 3 of us).

skipping/shadowboxing 15mins
pads 20 mins
sparring (light) round robin/rotational 25 mins
cool down 10 mins
 
Week 3....Day 3..:

Did a little conditioning today.

4 x 400m
50m +10 burpees x 5
 
Roadwork:

LSS - 45 mins
Finished with 15 mins on heavy bag
 
Hit the boxing gym this evening...awesome combo of skills training and conditioning tonight. Had a few more guys than normal show up tonight which made for a better class.
