Dude it's futile arguing with them. They live in the Yankee sportsball dream bubble. They don't know much about the rest of the world and just take pride in their sportsball athletes because they have been told to and they have nothing else going for them. Both speeds were clocked you utter spastic <45>
Usain Bolt's top speed during his 9.58 run was 27.8mphBut that’s what you’re saying now - not what you originally said.
My original ‘proof’ was in reference to your original point, as you would expect.
Real footballers don’t run 100m times or 40 yard dash times, so I’ve no idea what you expect me to provide.
I’ve looked at the only comparable measure I could fine - top speed - and given you two names faster than Hill.

And can some yankee tell me why basketballers are so impressive athleticly? 1. its a skill game 2. You need to be tall so height is emphasized more so than athleticism.
I'm gonna teach you something. Rugby is a commonwealth thing and the rest of the world like where im from don't give a shit about it. I think also france is into rugby but don't know how much. So I can't answer you really. But I would bet that training Rugby would probably translate a whole lot better to MMA than Basketball or even American burgerball. And you didn't really answer anything.Size, speed, strength, athleticism. Its no different how you guys see rugby players as great athletes. But let me ask you something, why are the All blacks so dominant in Rugby? What is their biggest advantage over everyone else?
Tyreek Hill top speed - 36.4km/h
Arken Robben top speed - 37km/h
Arjen Robben isn’t considered to be the fastest footballer, is in his 30’s, clocked that speed while covering a distance greater than Hill runs in an entire season, and was dribbling a ball with his feet.

And how much do you know about Soccer and Rugby? If you know nothing about either sport, It doesn't really matter what you think on the subject.
Mitrione's footwork always impressed me. He had some real flashes of greatness but I don't think the fight IQ was there.Mitrione had a career total of two tackles and two assisted tackles. So four if you feel generous. He was a bottom tier NFL player, though better than Brendan Schaub. He achieved much more in MMA, and although I never considered him elite in MMA, he's had a respectable career. I always liked the guy.
And how much do you know about Soccer and Rugby?
And don't you think American Lardball lacks the cardio aspect to be a good crossover to MMA? Cardio is a major component in MMA.
This is such a weird argument and I really don't know what you are going for here.Let teach you something about American Football.
Just because American Football is an Anaerobic sport, doesn't mean the conditioning of the athletes is limited to it. They aren't stopping between play because they are tired, they are huddling to call the next play. Those are the rules of the game. The same goes for MMA. Just because you are an MMA fighter, doesn't mean you have great conditioning.
American Football is played at full speed. Any athlete that goes full speed can tire out, that includes MMA fighters. We've seen fighters gas when they go full speed for a finish in MMA haven't we. Which is why fighters pace themselves. Well there is no pacing in the NFL, everything is played at Full speed like going for a finish.

"Real football"![]()
Naw buddy its soccer...Yup.
The one played with a ball and.....feet.
Also the one played across the entire globe as opposed to one country.
I'm gonna defend my American friends here and say that football isn't called football because you play the ball with your feet. But because it's played not on horseback like in polo but on foot. I know it's pointed out in a joking manner but it low key bothers me. ^^Yup.

They really don't need cardio so they don't train for it and hence would lack in cardio. Where's in Rugby it's a big part of the sport. So with such a flaw and the eveness of physicality I would guess Rugby translate better. And I think a rugby players are more well rounded athletes than handegg players because of that.
I comprehended your argument but it was such a ilogical stupid one I didn't bother to dissect it. You basicly told me even though it's not cardio intensive it's only the limits of the rules and not in the athletes themselves. Which falls on it's on argument.Read again and pay attention to what was said. Comprehend the information that was given.
Again, you already said you know nothing about either sport. Your opinion doesn't really matter. You are here to learn.

And you keep calling me ignorant when you yourself probably only know of Ameriburger sports.
