Why would something have to have changed? The US has always counted non-citizens in the census since the Constitution mandates it. What's changed?

They are illegal aliens, they are not part of the population, simply because they shouldn't be here in the first place. Plus they are aliens, how do you dehumanize aliens when they are not human.Way easier to dehumanize a group of people if you don’t include them as part of the population.
Because it's literally in the constitution, the census counts all residents, not just citizens. Why would something have to have changed?

Its illegal for congress to pass a bill? Where do you guys come up with this stuff? For someone who claims to be concerned about judicial overreach, you are awfully comfortable calling for unconstitutional and illegal conduct.
Not answering my question. As far as I can tell there have been no changes in legal requirements for ice in the past 17 years. Ice have to show badges with numbers, don't have to show their face or a warrant.
I came here legally, they didn't vet my criminal history in the UK or The Netherlands. How would they?Thing is a majority of the people allowed in during the previous administration weren’t vetted so they have no idea what criminal record they had in their home countries.
Are you saying that you commited crimes in the UK ??? Hmmmm...I came here legally, they didn't vet my criminal history in the UK or The Netherlands.
I'm not saying that, no. Why did you leave out The Netherlands though? Lol.Are you saying that you commited crimes in the UK ??? Hmmmm...
So that imply that you may be done some crimes in the netherlands....interesting. Investigations are onto way.I'm not saying that, no. Why did you leave out The Netherlands though? Lol.
You're such clown. I only bother replying so others can see it too.
Innocent until proven guilty, brothu.
Haha, I didn't even smoke weed when I lived there. On business trips it was a bit of a different story. So that imply that you may be done some crimes in the netherlands....interesting. Investigations are onto way.
It would be illegal for Congress to pass a bill that directly violates a clause of the constitution. It would need to be a change made at the constitutional level, so either get the states together for a convention or get a supermajority in Congress. And?

You are still supposed to be processed through the courts.True for all crimes but an illegal in this country.
Its written in the constitution that congress has the power to amend the constitution. Have you never read it? You don't have any details yet and you've already declared it illegal. It would be illegal for Congress to pass a bill that directly violates a clause of the constitution. How are you still trying to argue this is constitutional? Have you never read it?
UhhhhhIts written in the constitution that congress has the power to amend the constitution. Have you never read it? You don't have any details yet and you've already declared it illegal.
What? Are suggesting a member of congress can't propose an amendment?Uhhhhh
Yes, Congress can amend the constitution with a 2/3 vote in both the Senate and the House, followed by ratification by 3/4 of the states. Not through normal legislation. Its written in the constitution that congress has the power to amend the constitution. Have you never read it? Any member of congress can propose a new amendment.Yes, Congress can amend the constitution with a 2/3 vote in both the Senate and the House, followed by ratification by 3/4 of the states. Not through normal legislation.
No shit, thats why they're trying to change it.The constitution literally says everyone currently residing in the US gets counted, period. Are you disputing that this is what the constitution orders?
She's claiming to have introduced a bill, not a constitutional amendment. While I don't doubt she's dumb enough to confuse the two, all we have to go on is her claim to be proposing an unconditional law that would immediately get struck down by any court with a basic understanding of the constitution.Any member of congress can propose a new amendment.
No shit, thats why they're trying to change it.
