What did his ICE have to adhere to?

FYI, ICE agents do not need warrants to arrest or detain. They are only needed to enter homes or other private property.

They also do not need to show ID's to random people putting a phone in their face and demanding it like we're seeing on social media. They only need to show it to the person they're detaining.

Which they keep not doing. I don't know about what you've seen on social media, that wasn't what I was talking about. Were Obama's ICE all wearing masks? Were they in plain clothes with baseball caps and rounding people up at USCIS??

Over correction. Happens both ways when things are so divisive. In 4yrs if the Dems win all of this gets stomped out and its completely open borders and 100s of thousands of unvetted people again. And 4yrs later everyone is sick of it, and the Republicans win and the whole cycle begins again.

As far as I can tell there have been no changes in legal requirements for ice in the past 17 years. Ice have to show badges with numbers, don't have to show their face or a warrant.

I couldn't help but notice that you skipped over the "convicted" part of that, which is kind of an important aspect of that whole due process thing.

You don’t have to be convicted of an immigration violation to be removed from the United States. You simply have to be found to not be in possession of documents that would allow you to remain in the United States or even be admissible to the United States. It happens everyday along the southern border you think every person that is caught entering illegally is convicted as you put it or sees an immigration judge prior to being removed. Immigration convictions occur when someone has been barred from entry and continues to enter illegally. So to sum it up when someone is found to be here illegally without documents to remain or be admissible to the United States they are not accused they either have them or they don’t.

Thing is a majority of the people allowed in during the previous administration weren’t vetted so they have no idea what criminal record they had in their home countries.

The US has always counted non-citizens in the census since the Constitution mandates it. What's changed?
