yeah, as discussed earlier, sydney is expensive but if you want to find work, i doubt you would have trouble. It WILL be hard finding time to train like you do though trying to work enough to support yourself over here (assuming you come with no money prior)

anything is do-able.

I wouldn't mind training a bit when over there (seeing as there is a good stable of fighters in oz), but I wouldn't die if I didn't train for a bit (as you can see from my log I'm winding down the need to fight these days...I'm kind of looking for something else to focus on and I'm thinking as I said about a life style change, but keeping my hand in would be nice)
 
maybe just do it for recreation then, if anything, Hunt trains in Sydney, which I'm sure you would find enjoyable.

Currently mate come August I'm debating joining the army for a stint and seeing how that pans out or on the other side of the coin going over to oz for a break and then working out what i want when I come back (if I do).

I'm looking for a break from the 9-5 desk job crap and a few years trying to be a officer would be a decent change I think. Plus trying to join the paras would be a major challange in itself

Had a shake for breakfast *sigh*

Handful of frozen blue berries, a block of frozen spinach, a banana, a scoop of mega milk, a couple of pineapple slices and a strawbury (handfull of frozen mixture).

2 hours later. I'm at work and hungry
 
are you cutting for something Ian? Add some milk and oats to that shake for breakky man wtf. I was off milk for like... 4 months, just started drinking about 500mls a day in my shake. f__king godly.

I was looking for oats but couldn't find any annoyingly enough. I have alpan but thought I'd go without.


I've been told I need to get to 78 kg because I can get more fights and then 2 guys entered me into the lose weight pact (behind my back, fuckers). Problem is they say they'll drop 32 and 20 kg a pop (from 120 to 88 and 115 to 95) so I can't moan 'too much' (although I have a lot when i was in thailand).

I wouldn't mind seeing if I could strip weight though. I've been 82+ for like 4 years so we'll see. If I can strip it, get fitter and remain as strong (which isn't that strong at the moment from not lifting since sept) I'll be happy
 
I'm 78kg, if you want to have my fat we can trade bodies for a while?

I feel you on the not lifting, I cant lift for another month or so cause of a wrist injury, sucks. cant box, cant lift, cant do deadlifts, cant squat.

god hates me.

im suprised with the milk that you werent full. needs more substance I'd guess.

My blender is 2L, so I fill it with all the good shit and then with water, by the end of it im bloated and not hungry till my next meal. Maybe get a bigger blender, if you dont midn chucking a few pisses at work.

Na, I'm ok where I am right now :P (you don't know how I'm built anyway mate).

That would do my nut in. I had a break because I was getting sick of the training and all I was thinking of was 'I need to get a computer and some games'.

I had a pint of that mixture. And it was pretty thick (then again pretty much everything in it was frozen when it went it, that probably hit its lack of thickness).

Try Zercher lifts, no wrist involvement.

edit- I was thinking of doing more next time and taking some with me to work. Space it out a bit more
 
zercher lifts would require me grabbing a bar.

I literally cant grip a bar, it's not just my wrist its the tendons that connect the wrist and the actual wrist itself. The last time I benched I couldnt grip the bar enough to do what would normally be an easy lift.

I might have to make up a litre of it, but I thought it would be a bad idea as once you cut into a piece of veg/fruit, it begins to degrade in quality
