2.30-cardio-long run when at work. Got a bit further before had to stop, but coming back I was fucked. Pissed down with rain on me so sat for last 3 hours drenched. Running for about 45 min on and off (had to walk back down that fucking hill cause my legs were shot)


7-got home at 6, had a quick snack and went and picked up dan. Sat chatting to lyndon till about 8, tit some tit for tat work then me and him had 9 rounds of war. 3 just legs, 3 just boxing, 3 full,. The last 3 rounds we were fucked...it was just funny and painful. I think I blocked 3 low kicks, coming from a 120kg guy with a temper builds up on you.
Did a couple rounds boxing only with 2 other rookies, the did some conditioning with chris. He wants to be able to take low kicks so yeah, 50 inside, 50 outside, both legs.

Squatting tomorrow should be fun

Doing negatives for the first time was.....unnerving, but next time going for 160. Going for broke(en leg). Core was screaming when I walked out of rack before the decent

Lighter session and paul wasn't there. That said the pad work left me fucked. Think my base fitness it better then it was, just lack of energy from training 6 hours before hand. Legs were just heavy.

i am in this weight loss comp and also have a side bet for 105bucks. i started out really well but then dicked around the last 3-4 weeks....

only one weigh in at Sunday July 15th, 5pm. all or nothing. after that i dont need to keep the weight on. in fact, i plan to start gaining weight afterwards.

So...dehydration time?

Cut out the carbs and live off fruit and veg and cut the water intake down 2 days before hand

We had one of our boys fight last year (doesn't seem that long ago now) and he went for a sauna suit run the day before and the morning of his weigh in, along with a sauna and living off soup the week before. Driving down there I has sweating let alone him (air on as hot as I could).
No lie, the boys mouth and lips were sore from dehydation.

He lost about 13 lbs that way in the span of 5 days (from 79 to 73)
 
yeah i've cut out the carbs as much as possible and have been upping the cardio, which isn't too much for me because i never really do cardio. right now im only eating a lot of veggies and chicken and tuna. this might sound stupid but i've also been driving everywhere without any AC.(in arizona the temps are like 110) and so far ive lost 10lbs. i think thats a little to much because i still have 12 days left.
 
Yeah, don't start worrying about the dehydration (lack of ac) till at most 3 days out. Long term dehydration can be pretty bad for you (kidney problems come to mind first off).
Sounds like your doing ok so far
