tit for tat and technique work for a hour
sparring, mainly boxing, no mid kicks when kicks came into play. That was 3 min rounds for 40 min
 
Any idea when you're going to be able to drop round and take a butcher's at my powerrack?

Went to see the clays power rack and gear.
Got out a pointy stick to keep the badgers away, luckily the pungee pit had a lot of them spare, but they were a bitch to get out of the concrete

Cardio
Did a 10 lap circuit around cherry hill something or other. Decent run, last lap was a hard run with the final half to the gate being a sprint.

Funnily enough about a year ago this exact time I went to the leisure centre there because anwar was fighting and I helped paul get him ready. Thats the one when matey decided after seeing him warm up (and he was a MMA guy who wanted a thai fight, top of the local bill) to pull out and bugger off 3 fights before he was due to go on.

That's the last time I order from that supplier, they were barely even rabid and I think some of the foam was stuck on roofing insulation. Next time I'm going with highly trained budgies on steroids with big sticks.

Next time don't feed the badgers for a few days, if they want feeding they need to do some work to earn it.

"Budgies on steroids" learn to read doofus, besides i'm going to get them from Geoff Capes and if anyone can teach things how to hold big sticks it's Geoff.
 
Sorry, I missed the steroids bit :P. Makes all the difference, even helps make up for the opposable thumb

6@120-went for a triple, then while doing it went for 5, then thought why not and did 6. I could have done 8 I reckon
5@125-this is why i didn't do 8 on 120. To be honest, even though 4 and 5 were a struggle, I reckon I could have done 7 on 125, maybe a very very very shaky 8. But me saying that makes me hit higher next time

That whole session took me like 1 hour 20. I had lots of rest for the zercher

Considering 2 weeks ago I did 3@115 and about 5 weeks ago I did 130 for 3, I think I've progressed quite well (if not steadily)

pm-cardio

Went for a long slow run

Not sure about timing but I was gone for 45 min and a rough guess was dstance was 6.3-6.7 miles.

It was supposed to be all nice and slow but did some harder bits in there. Also had to stop a few times due to complete lack of energy in legs from zerchering yesterday
